your key questions.
Frequently asked questions about Green Cards, visas, residence, work permits and forming a company abroad.
Green Card
Can I submit a Green Card application myself?
Yes. A Diversity Visa entry can be submitted independently by following official instructions. Advice can help organise information and photos, but cannot guarantee selection or a visa.
Does Green Card guidance increase my chance of selection?
No. Diversity Visa selection is random. Accurate information and a compliant photo matter, but no adviser can increase the probability of selection. The benefit is avoiding disqualifying mistakes such as a non-compliant photo or missing family members.
Who can enter the Green Card lottery?
You must be born in an eligible country and have at least a high-school education (or two years of work within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years of training). The U.S. Department of State publishes the list of eligible countries every year.
What are the Green Card photo requirements?
Taken within the last six months, square (600 × 600 pixels), JPEG, at most 240 KB, plain white or off-white background, neutral expression, eyes open. No glasses, hats, shadows or filters. Photos uploaded to our client portal are automatically pre-checked against these rules.
How do I find out the Green Card results?
Only through the official Entrant Status Check page, using the confirmation number you receive when you submit; keep it safe. U.S. authorities do not notify winners by email, phone or letter. Messages asking for money because “you won” are scams.
Schengen visa
Which country should receive my Schengen visa application?
Usually the country where you will stay the longest; if stays are equal, the country of first entry. Confirm the current rule with the relevant consulate or official application centre.
Which documents do I need for a Schengen visa?
A valid passport, biometric photo, application form, travel medical insurance with at least €30,000 cover, round-trip transport booking, proof of accommodation, bank statements for the last three months and proof of your occupation. Extra documents may apply depending on the country and purpose of travel.
How early should I apply for a Schengen visa?
You can apply at the earliest six months and at the latest fifteen days before travel. Because of appointment availability and processing times, we recommend starting at least one to two months ahead.
Montenegro and Poland
Does company formation in Montenegro or Poland provide residence automatically?
No. Company ownership can support some residence applications, but eligibility depends on the lawful basis and country-specific conditions.
Process and fees
How much do your services cost?
Fees depend on the service, the number of applicants and the scope of your file, so we do not publish fixed prices. Message us on WhatsApp and an adviser will give you a clear price in the same conversation.
How does the process work?
Four steps: (1) message us on WhatsApp to discuss your goal and the price; (2) your client-portal sign-in details are sent in the same chat; (3) choose your service in the portal, see your personal document list and upload your files, each pre-checked instantly; (4) your adviser approves the file, the official application is made and you follow every stage in the portal.
Is GreenQuestAmerica a government authority?
No. GreenQuestAmerica provides independent preparation guidance and is not a government agency, consulate or immigration authority. Decisions remain with competent authorities.
Why should I trust you?
GreenQuestAmerica is an independent consultancy; we are not a government body and we do not guarantee outcomes, and we say so from the start. You upload documents through a private client portal and follow every stage there, including the agreed fee, what you have paid and what remains. You can ask our adviser anything on WhatsApp.
